Review purchase agreement, counter offers, and amendments to ensure all are fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures, and borker information is completed
Prepare and deliver buyer disclosures including all of the required seller disclosures and broker forms. These will be delivered Directly to you and/or the buyer via email or docusign
Ensure your buyer is provided a copy of all reports and booklets That are provided by the seller and/or required by low
Upload all disclosures, documents, & reports into broker transaction portal & Submit for compliance review prior to close of escrow
Maintain close contact with all parties involved for status updates as well as items outstanding
