You need to be a fully committed person with an eye for detail and a taste for organizing things. A flair for customer service and an interest in real estate is a plus (no real estate experience required).

Q: Do I need to have a Real estate license?

No. Even if your state requires you to have one, you can call yourself an unlicensed assistant (and that works just fine).

Q: Do I need any experience to be a TC?

No! I will share everything you need to start, just as I did. I started my business with ZERO real estate experience.

Q: Do you guarantee I get a client?

I can’t guarantee clients. I guarantee that I will give you ALL the knowledge you need to start getting clients. Then it will be up to you to show up and do the work.
